First World Open Patrol Camporee
SEAL Scouting want to organize a Championship so we can get the
World Champion Patrol.
SEAL Scouting will host it for all Patrol doesn't matter with who your affiliated. You can be WOSM or WFIS or FOS for us their is only on game of Scouting. We focused on year 2013 for the reason it will be mid season from each Jamboree.
So the next will be held in 2017.
The idea is second class level competion that don't mean that all participant have to be second class scout, because the rules are focus on patrol.
We're taking a poll right now to see the interest.
Send a letter to sealscoutingaruba@yahoo.com to support the idea.
We've to reach 1200 patrol responding with a letter of intent.
After that we reach by December 2008 that amount, we will make a competation for the logo and badge design and the winner will get every thing paid for the event.
Also we want a theme song and the same the winner will get every thing paid for the event.
We tought over "LIGHTING BACK THE SCOUTING SPIRIT AS ONE" AS THE THEME.
By March 2009 we have to have this two things ready so we can launch the website www.WOPC2013.org
Let's get the first milestone by reaching 1200 patrols by december 2008.
